When we set out to build our factory in Bahrain, we traveled the world in order to find the best technology available to the stone industry. Our plant is equipped with the machines available from Italy. We are confidant that our Gang Saws, Polishing & Finishing lines are the most technically advanced, efficient, durable, easy to maintain and best available in the market.

our technology allows us to process largest blocks available from any quarry. Mostly automatic, all operations are optimized while our technicians can concentrate on the control of the operating parameters and of the quality of the product.

But any machinery is only as good as the maintenance it receives. The maintenance programme designed by our in-house maintenance engineers are followed with care, in order to insure the best operating conditions for the machines. We know that the best technology produces quality.

Our quality control programme is based on a detailed examination of all the different operations involved in the production of our slabs and finished products. One by one, each operation has been scrutinized in order to identify the quality and non-quality factors involved.
 

Then, a set of quality parameters and check-points have been devised to insure that the products will not continue to the next operation if not totally conform.

And we also document our quality control programme. We can be sure that when a non-quality event occurs, it will be analysed in order to find the causes and the ways to prevent the same occurrence in the future. Such a programme takes a lot of discipline and our employees are committed to doing their job right, the first time
